  2. Revenues

    Annual revenues, with highly recurring or repeat customers.

  3. Customer concentration

    under20%

    No customer accounts for more than 20% of revenue.

  4. Profit margins

    over15%

    Pre-tax operating profit margin.

  5. Industry focus
